I recall from a posting some time ago a mention that there are Wall Lizards in a park in Swanage.  Could anyone please provide any more details on the precise location of the colony, so that I can look out for them on my next visit to the town?  (By PM if you prefer). I have seen Common Lizards and an Adder on the outskirts of Swanage and know that there are Wall Lizards at Winspit - but apparently not now at Durlston.

Thanks

Peter

I cannot remember seing a post or hearing that, the Durlston Country Park records have been very sketchy and only a few animals have been seen in different areas of the park by different people, I or the few local Wall Lizard surveyors have yet to see any of these animals. It is hoped that they do not start breeding here.
